BASIC BELIEFS

Basic beliefs is a class for children in 1st – 6th grade who have recently accepted Christ and/or are awaiting baptism.  This three-session class covers what it means to be a Christian, and what it looks like to be a member of the church. We also talk about the meaning of baptism and the Lord’s Supper.  A parent needs to attend with each child.

All children should complete this class prior to being baptized.

The purpose of Parent-Baby Dedication is for parents to make a commitment before the Lord and before our church family that they will raise their children in a Christian home, committing to teach their children Christian values and to model behavior that honors the Lord. Our hope is that each child, when old enough, will make a decision to accept Christ as their personal Savior based on what has been modeled for them in their home and in our church.

If you are interested, please contact the children’s minister at your campus.
